(Playwright) Plays include Apparition (dir. Linsay Firman; Les Waters), The Communist Dracula Pageant (dir. Steve Cosson), The Ladies (dir. Anne Kauffman), and I Have Loved Strangers (dir. Johanna McKeon). Her plays have been produced by 13P, Cherry Lane Theatre, The Civilians, Clubbed Thumb, Dixon Place, and Naked Angels, and workshopped by Actors Theatre of Louisville, New York Theatre Workshop, The Public Theater, Soho Rep, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Apparition is published in New Downtown Now (edited by Young Jean Lee and Mac Wellman; University of Minnesota Press). The Internationalist was written in Soho Rep’s Writer/Director Lab and first produced off-off Broadway by 13P. She is currently finishing a very close adaptation of Euripides’ Orestes, and working on a commission from Yale Rep. Artistic Associate with the Obie award winning groups 13P, The Civilians, and New Georges, and a member of New Dramatists and the Dramatists Guild.
