Fearless Collaborations: Developing Theatrical Innovation
ABOUT THE EVENT
As the culmination of the Works in Progress series, this salon-esque exchange invites a host of changemakers in the industry to discuss the transformation of work from script to stage. Drop in on creative conversations between artistic collaborators whose work The Vineyard is developing for future productions. Mix and mingle with wine and cheese, and get a sneak peek of what’s on the theatre’s horizon.
Special guests include Pulitzer Prize finalist playwright Jordan Harrison and dramaturg Sarah Lunnie; Vineyard Theatre’s Tow Foundation Playwright-in-Residence Nazareth Hassan in conversation with Emmy Award-winning actor and director Joe Morton; director, choreographer, and MacArthur “Genius Grant” recipient Martha Clarke and Lortel Award-winning sound designer Arthur Solari.
The event will include three 25 minute discussions, with 5 minute breaks in between (total runtime of program is 90 mins). Mix and mingle with wine, cheese, and the participating artists following the event.
