Join us to celebrate and support the work of Vineyard Theatre, with a magical evening of songs by the legendary Laura Nyro, featuring the original cast of the Vineyard’s Obie Award-winning Eli’s Comin’, and other special guests. From “Stoned Soul Picnic” to “Wedding Bell Blues” to “And When I Die” and many more, Laura Nyro was an astonishing artist who influenced a generation of singer-songwriters and whose artistry and commitment to peace, harmony, and the health of our planet continue to speak powerfully to our moment.

Like Laura, honoree NYC Council Member Carlina Rivera (2nd District) is a native New Yorker and deeply passionate about the arts and the health of our city. She has introduced and passed legislation related to sexual harassment, immigration, criminal justice reform, affordable housing, and small business survival. Her leadership has secured millions of dollars for her district to improve services, programs, schools, and cultural institutions.

Your Gala donation directly supports The Vineyard’s 2021-2022 season, a return to live performance in our theatre on East 15th Street, and our GOOD NEIGHBOR ticket accessibility program, through which we make thousands of subsidized tickets available at a low cost each season.
