Charitable Bequests
A gift from your will or living trust. This can be a percentage or fixed amount that’s directed at a specific area, or you can leave it up to us!
Sample Language
Unrestricted gift for us to decide its most impactful use: “I give to Vineyard Theatre and Workshop Center, Inc. at 108 East 15th Street New York, NY 10003, ________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
Designated gift for the area most meaningful to you: “Vineyard Theatre and Workshop Center, Inc. at 108 East 15th Street New York, NY 10003, ________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property]. This gift should be used for (state purpose). If Vineyard Theatre determines that it is not possible (or prudent) to administer my gift as originally intended, then Vineyard Theatre and Workshop Center, Inc. may, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, direct the use of my bequest for a purpose related as closely as possible to that stated above.”
